Hello. My name is
Antonio Lapucci, I am 44 years, I am the owner of the real
estate agency called Radda Servizi..
Our operational headquarters is located in Tuscany, in
the famous wine
district of Chianti Classico, between Florence and Siena, in
the touristic center of
the region: Radda
in Chianti. While our second office is in the city of
Florence.
Speaking of Tuscany and Chianti our thoughts fly immediately
over the rolling
hills adorned with vines, cypresses and olive trees, a few
kilometers from the architectural and artistic beauties of
Florence.
Our territory has so far, to the foresight of its inhabitants
over the centuries, saved the characteristics of a time: a
countryside worked
and well maintained, excellent wine known throughout the
world, the sweetness of landscapes represented by innumerable
books and movies.
Then just imagine for a moment to look out from any panoramic
point, perhaps at sunset while sipping a glass of wine at the
center of this postcard field are the big, beautiful
farmhouses with pools, Renaissance villas which have seen in
their history distinguished guests, barns perfectly restored
for modern use, small towns, well kept with their inhabitants
who have always passed down thru centuries-old trades.
Over the last 40 years this area has from one side learned to
open itself to the world, also thanks to many foreign
investors coming from far away countries that have chosen to
stay in this corner of paradise, while on the other hand the
landscape has kept intact its secular features. A mix so difficult to find elsewhere, accompanied by the mild
climate which nevertheless well represented here see the four
seasons: hot summers, rainy winters just where the temperature
rarely drops below zero, beautiful spring blossoms, fall color
with magic .
In a small territory, where large urban realities are absent,
it is obvious that the real estate market is managed by a few
skilled professionals; would say almost one per small village,
but now ready to work with highly technical and professional
competence accustomed to dealing with the international market
but also very knowledgeable about the area, its uses and
customs. Based on this fact, since I was born in Chianti,
professionally trained and residing in Florence, as well as
supported by the presence of valid collaborators also from
countries outside Europe; I would say that our agency,
is a guarantee for those who wish to invest in Tuscany
with the assurance of being professionally monitored from the
perspective of research of the property, the procedure of
purchasing, renovation and maintenance of the same with the
eventual possibility of the income for any periods of
non-presence in Italy through rentals Travel Weekly in
character, as well as the re-insurance market in the future,
as experience teaches us, a steady and continuous increase in
the values obtained.
We also provide if
required, legal and technical support structure in language.
Today an investor in Tuscany for a beautiful restored stone
house must invest from around 1 million to 4 million euros,
to acquire a small winery from 3 to 6 million, a large
estate with dozens of hectares of land from 5 to 20 million
euro. Figures therefore important to preserve what we call
"the luxury market."
A few months ago the magazine "Forbes" defined the
territory of the Chianti region in the world as the place
where it had the best quality of life associated with the investment
property. I think this is enough to represent this corner of
Italy, which has become an area where possessing an estate is
a "status symbol".
As I happen to report , interviewed a few months ago by a
major national daily "La Repubblica", the economic
crisis last year has not caused us substantial downsizing of
real estate values, but rather there was an increase in
property units in the market and a lengthening of time
required for sale. It is 'obvious, however, that this will
result in increased ability to deal with the asking price to
the benefit of those that
have liquidity.
Access to credit, which in Italy had not generally produced
dangerous vortex for easy accessions without adequate
safeguards, it remains good, even good laws and credit
facilitate prerogatives for those taking in small scale
allowed activities such as agriculture production of wine or
extra virgin olive oil, this is almost always possible in our
property format.
Obviously I like to remind you that it is a pleasure to
collaborate with colleagues both Italian and even more so from
abroad.
In summary I would like to recall how long ago a customer told
me that , despite having travelled all over the
planet for a long time, he finds a unique kind of
pleasure and satisfaction when he invites a small circle of
friends to his Manhattan apartment offering them as an
aperitif sparkling wine made from his own beautiful estate in
Tuscany, thanks to me.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
ABOUT US:
Hi
Antonio,
We fell in love with Radda in Chianti and after having read
both reference and fiction books on buying and renovating a
home in Italy we had low expectations of achieving this dream
without mishaps.
Thank you to Antonio for finding a place and guiding us
through purchasing and renovating. I appreciated your
candour, honesty and feeling of trust that we established.
As Italian is certainly not our first or even second language
your help was invaluable to guide us through. We
appreciated that after the purchase you continued on with
support well above the norm.
I highly recommend Antonio’s services for anyone considering
either purchasing or renting.

Hi Antonio -
Jack and I are just starting to get back into life in Santa
Rosa. It has not been easy and we miss the serenity,
beauty and very nice people in Radda. Life here is way
too busy and we don't seem to be able to change that.
Our first week of returning put us directly into the
winemaking mode as grapes needed to be picked, crushed and
pressed. They are now sitting in the 'Cantina' doing
their thing for the winter.
We share our Italy adventures with everyone who will listen.
We even make dinner for them to get them to watch our pictures
(we have over 1000 but, of course, only show a few).
That is one of the reasons we are writing. As I am
going through my photos I find the one of you and your dad,
Antonio. I am sure we took one in the office but it is
no where to be found. Do you think you could send us
a picture of you? You were a very big part of our trip,
as well, and I want to include you in my photo book.
We hope you are doing well and also hope you will send our
greetings to those that you know might remember us. Our
trip was one of a lifetime and we appreciate your part in
making it that. We tell everyone who is interested in
visiting Tuscany to be sure to get in touch with you at
'A Bit of Tuscany'.
Hopefully, you will see some of them one of these days.
Arrivederci e con affetto,
Sandy and Jack, Nov. 2004
Hello Antonio-
I just wanted to thank you for all the arrangements you made
in Italy--the house, the hotel in Pisa, the car.
Everything worked out great! The house was lovely--just
perfect for us.
We tried to visit you in Radda, but we probably got there just
a bit too late.
Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet you.
Anyway, thanks again, and I hope to be able to send some
referrals your way. Ciao!
